BCforward is an IT management firm that contacted me to photograph their new employees. They are continually hiring, so they need consistency in their pictures, between both offices and follow-up visits. I created a lighting guide for their East Coast office, so the photographer there has the same set up we used in Indianapolis. I return every 6 weeks to photograph new hires and do reshoots for current employees. It is also common for me to photograph the building for the company's web site.
